Women In The Spotlight

Who is a female inspiration to you in life and why?

Every woman I meet inspires me on a regular basis, especially those who are always juggling. My mother, a community worker, a working lady, or even our domestic assistance all fall into this category. Those who were once regarded as a source of domestic servitude now come out and work for the family and society, bringing about significant changes in mentality and perspective.

I’m constantly inspired by watching women succeed in a variety of industries rather than relying on a single source of income.

What does #BreakTheBias mean to you?

According to my perspective, #BreakTheBias means equality between both genders to grow equally and cooperatively, resulting in a better society.

There are few tasks that men excel at and vice versa. By assisting one another in growing together to learn, we can break down barriers and make the world a better place.

If you could change one thing about your professional life, what would it be?

Sustaining one’s existence and covering expenses by managing one’s employment would be an excellent hack for all working women and a pleasant professional life besides work.

What’s your most-used productivity hack in life?

I’ve always wanted to learn new things and experiment with different methods to spend my time in order to reduce my expenses.

What would you tell young women who are just starting to work?

I encourage women to start coming up with ideas for how they can provide jobs for women while also being financially self-sufficient in order to support their families and society. Being financially self-sufficient makes women brave and strong.
