Customer segmentation
Segmented the customers for a bank using demographic and transactional data, as well as identified the product(s) that each segment is most likely to aspire for. This extreme focus improved campaign effectiveness by 14%!
Non-traditional customer profiling
Extracted data from bank statements, utility bills, emails, finance-related SMSs and social media activities (all after receiving permission from user) to build a realistic customer profile, for Financial Institutions to make lending decisions.
